Head Chef, Junda Khoo, said the venue is inspired by the home-style street food dishes that he tasted and learnt to create with his amah in their family kitchen. Their spicy Laksa, with perfectly cooked egg noodles and epic flavour and thickness, is also winning the hearts and bellies of Sydneysiders.

Amah by Ho Jiak

The fish ball soup also holds a special place on Amah by Ho Jiak’s menu.
