Master Lanzhou’s delicious beef noodles are made from 100% premium beef with no additives or preservatives. They also offer various thicknesses of house-made, hand-stretched silky noodles, so you can choose whatever suits your tastes best. Think noodles starting from 1mm to 2.5cm wide!

Their signature house-made chilli oil is based on 4 different types of Chinese dried chillies boiled in a sesame oil blend, then steeped for 24 hours. The beef broth is slow-cooked with 18 different spices imported directly from China including Sichuan pepper, chilli, cloves and star anise to ensure the most authentic Chinese bowl of goodness. The generous chunks of Australian beef are boiled over three to four hours to ensure they melt in your mouth with every slurp of broth and noodles.

The essence of Lanzhou culture, Master Lanzhou's beef noodle soup is one of the most popular dishes in China which has been loved by people all over the world for hundreds of years. Their unique recipe originates from Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, which is known as "the hometown of Chinese noodles".

If you’re looking for more than just noodles, they also offer other tasty Chinese dishes such as fried mantous (bread buns) with condensed milk, boiled lamb ribs and Chinese pumpkin pancakes!
