Key enhancements: 

  1. Direct Catering Order Entry in POS

Catering orders received in-store on call or in-person can be entered using your existing POS device, alongside your dine-in or at counter orders. No more switching between systems. 

  • Staff can now enter catering orders straight into the POS 

  • A date/time picker makes it simple to schedule catering orders for future dates and times, supporting both immediate and advance bookings.

  • You can using existing fulfilment modes including pickup or delivery

  1. All-New Catering Orders View on POS

Every catering order, regardless of how it’s received, is tracked in a distinct view. 

  • A dedicated interface on POS displays all upcoming catering orders, both in-store and online

  • View active, scheduled, completed and unsuccessful orders

  • Staff can filter by date, status, customer, payment, or sales rep, and search for specific orders in seconds

  • Prep lead-time moves orders automatically from scheduled to active based on the time set

  • Timed alerts, and exportable reports help teams stay ahead of busy periods

Along with cash, card, wallet and brandollars, the enhanced POS module also supports:

  • Pay in full at the time of order (cash, card, EFTPOS)

  • Credit Account for approved corporate clients, enabling streamlined invoicing

  • Pay later, with tracking to ensure payment is collected before fulfillment

  • Turning Catering off and on, is now easily possible with a single tap.
