How to Create a Form on Liven Engage

1. Click “Website” in the left menu to open the Forms overview page.

2. Click “Create a form” in the top-right corner.

3. Enter a name. Choose “Inline Form” (for an upgraded plan, you can also choose from floating bar, floating box or modal).

4. Click “Action” and pick what happens when someone submits the form:

   • Add a Tag 

   • Email Results (get notified of new submissions)

   • Subscribe to a List 

   • Add to a Deal

5. Click “Create” to enter the form builder.

6. Drag and drop fields like Name, Email, Phone.

7. Click a field to change its name and toggle to make it “required”.

8. Click anywhere else in the canvas to get back the list of fields, styles and options.

9. Under options, select the “On submit” action [e.g., send Thank You message” and Form action.

10. Click “Integrate” and copy the Simple Embed Code.

11. Log in to your Nomnie account.

12. Paste the copied Embed Code into the section where you want the form to appear.

Done! Your Engage form is now live on your Nomnie Magic App.
