To find out, we studied how non-member customers behaved after receiving a Brandollar reward through Brandollar Connect. 

This case study is based on real behaviour over a recent 91-day period, where we tracked:

  • A sample size of approximately 18,000 users who were issued Brandollars via Brandollar Connect.

  • 21.87% of these users made their first-ever transaction via Liven, meaning they also signed up to the loyalty program. These are all new, unique users.

  • 15.57% of them made at least one more transaction during the same period (71% return rate!)

  • 43% of those who transacted made their first purchase on the same day they received the reward

These results show that automatic rewards — even for non-members — aren’t just a nice idea. They drive real engagement and repeat behaviour, without any manual effort.

Customers who received a reward were 28% more likely to activate as loyalty members— they made a purchase within their first 30 days.
