The ultimate hospo solution

The Magic App takes a major step forward for restaurant loyalty. It moves loyalty out of silos and into the customer journey of ordering, paying, visiting, and returning.

Magic App is your whitelabaled no-code, no-download digital ordering app. It syncs with your POS and ordering modules and lets guests order from a QR scan. It also has payments and loyalty embedded into the ordering journey to make the most of the app experience.

This release upgrades loyalty.

What’s new in the Magic App loyalty upgrade:

  • Earning and burning of Brandollars without leaving the Magic App,

  • Tiered loyalty to gamify purchases and upgrades

  • Targeted coupons based on customer behaviour and conditions

  • Customer QR codes for easier loyalty, irrespective of how members order

  • Dynamic rewards to adjust rewards based on membership levels

The latest upgrade to the Magic App features loyalty that influences behaviour and drives repeat revenue.

Magic App is built for modern hospitality operators who want loyalty to do more than sit in an app. It’s designed to increase spend, frequency, and retention across every channel customers use.

How to earn and redeem Brandollars?

The Magic App now makes Brandollars native to the ordering experience. Customers can see their balance, choose how much to redeem, and view what they’ll earn. The entire earning and burning happens without logging into another app or being redirected. Everything happens inside the Magic App.

For customers, this removes friction at the most sensitive moment: checkout. For venues, it means higher completion rates and stronger perceived value from loyalty. When rewards are visible and usable within the ordering flow, customers are far more likely to use them and come back sooner.

What are loyalty tiers in the Magic App?

Loyalty tiers introduce clear progression, recognition, and motivation for members. Tiers are set by the amount spent at your venue.

Customers can see their current tier as soon as they log in to the Magic App. They can tap to understand the available offers and rewards, see the benefits they can unlock once they upgrade, and track how close they are to the next level. Every transaction updates progress in real time.

This taps into proven behavioural drivers: status, momentum, and loss aversion. Instead of generic points, customers feel invested in maintaining and upgrading their tier. For venues, this translates into higher average order values, stronger retention, and more predictable repeat behaviour without manual intervention.

Note: The Loyalty Tiers are currently in Alpha stage on the Magic App.

How do targeted coupons work in the Magic App?

This latest Magic App replaces one-size-fits-all discounts with rule-based targeted coupons. Venues can trigger offers based on real conditions like birthdays, first visits, spend thresholds, loyalty tier, order type, or time windows.

Customers see relevant offers under the loyalty tier section and during checkout, creating intent without confusion. For operators, this means a chance to reward certain actions or conditions (like spending a certain amount) and more control over margin. Campaigns like birthday rewards, first-time incentives, and spend nudges become easy to run and help in nurturing customer loyalty.

How does customer QR code loyalty work for in-venue orders?

Customers can now access their loyalty via a personal QR code inside the Magic App. So far, they could avail loyalty when they ordered online via the Magic App. Now, access to loyalty is easier, even if they order at the counter.

Logged-in customers get a unique (and always refreshing) QR code that they can show at the counter. Your staff member scans this QR code and can see the available Brandollars. The earning and redemption rules remain the same, so loyalty is frictionless even for offline ordering.

This closes a long-standing gap between digital and in-venue experiences. Loyalty is no longer limited to online orders. For customers, it’s simple and familiar. For staff, it’s fast and low-effort. For venues, it means higher loyalty engagement across dine-in, takeaway, and counter service.

What are dynamic loyalty rewards, and when should operators use them?

Dynamic rewards allow venues to adjust reward rates based on behaviour like spend amount, visit timing, menu choices, or loyalty tier. Rewards can increase on quieter days, for higher-margin items, or for your most valuable customers.

Customers can clearly see when rewards increase, giving them a real reason to visit, spend, or order differently and helping your business goals. That’s the point. For operators, this turns loyalty into a lever: a way to influence demand, not just thank it after the fact.

Ready to Upgrade Your Loyalty?

The new version of Magic App isn’t about more features. It’s about better outcomes, more return visits, higher spend, and loyalty that actually gets used.
