With the latest update to Magic App 2.0, you can now configure your loyalty experience directly inside Nomnie Studio. That means no more back-and-forth and instant control over how your branded loyalty works, looks, and feels.

This is a major shift. For the first time, Magic App 2.0 operators can now own loyalty settings. 

What You Can Do Now

Here’s what the Loyalty Editor inside Nomnie Studio unlocks:

  • Turn your reward program on or off with a toggle

  • Rename or update your program and Brandollars (your branded currency) name

  • Style your loyalty card to match your brand

  • Control the messaging across the Earn and Buy sections

  • Embed your Brandollar purchase URL

  • Add a map of participating locations

  • Instantly preview before publishing

How to Use the Loyalty Editor to Improve Your Program

Align Your Messaging to Your Brand

Use the Content tab to rename titles like “Earn Brandollars” or “Buy Brandollars” to something that fits your tone, whether that’s fun, premium, or straight-talking.

Why: Customers are more likely to engage when the language feels familiar. Make it feel like you, not just another app.

Match the Look to Your Venue

Customise the colours, text, and styling of your loyalty card in the Appearance tab. Use your brand palette and keep it consistent with in-store signage or your website.

Why: Consistency builds trust and recognition. If your loyalty card looks like a random template, customers won’t connect it with your venue.

Display an interactive map of participating locations

Use the Location embed field to drop in a Google Map link showing participating venues.

Why: Customers want to know where they can use their rewards. Don’t leave them guessing. A map answers that at a glance.

Drive Prepaid Spend

Paste your Brandollar Buy URL into the setup field so it’s directly accessible from your loyalty section.

Why: Prepaid incentives like Brandollars lock in future visits. If you make them easy to access, customers are far more likely to buy them on impulse.

Preview Before You Publish

Every change you make is visible instantly in the real-time preview window. Use it to double-check layout, spelling, and logic before going live.

Why: No broken experiences. No surprises for your customers. And no need to involve Liven support if you want to test different versions.

If you’re using the old Nomnie app or a legacy Magic App version, you will need to upgrade to the latest version.
